The Office on Volunteerism and Community Services provides grants, funds, programs and initiatives providing community support throughout Virginia, These programs include Community Services Block Grants, Earned Income Tax Credit, Neighborhood Assistance Programs, Faith-Based and Community Initiative, and 2-1-1 Virginia.
